How to Apply

Applications for new students AND re-enrollment for current students begin October 1st and end on May 31!

Re-enrollment spots will only be guaranteed if we receive the required paperwork on or before December 19, 2025. Any re-enrollment received after December 19, 2025 will be accepted, but that spot IS NOT guaranteed and can be given to another applicant.

Applications for NEW students submitted by December 19, 2025, except incoming kindergarten students, will be reviewed and either approved or denied by Friday, January 9, 2026, but could be prior to that date.

Kindergarten Readiness will take place on January 20 and 21, 2026 with decisions being made for Kindergarten acceptance by Tuesday, January 26, 2026.

Re-enrollment and the application period will stay open until classes are filled or the first day of school has begun. Re-enrollees or new students MAY be accepted after the first day of school, but only on very rare occasions.

School administration makes the final decision on who is accepted or denied.

You will need to enter the following as part of the application:

• Biographical information
• The $102 nonrefundable application fee, paid by credit card
• The email address of the current teacher (1st-8th grade only) for a recommendation

You will need to upload the following items to the application:

• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate (Catholic students only)
• Most recent report cards (1st-8th grade only)
• Most recent Standardized Test Scores (2nd-8th grade only)
• Any existing Accommodations or Service Plans (IEP or ISP) (if applicable)

Please note: When classes reach a maximum class size, registrations may have to be put on a waiting list.
